Why highlighting Scottish Provenance matters? New 2025 UK-wide Research highlights

The Knowledge Bank is delighted to share the new wave of our Provenance Consumer research which took place in July 2025 (quantitative survey) and August/September 2025 (consumer & industry expert video interviews). It is the first time since 2021 that we surveyed consumers UK-wide with a national representative sample (2,000+), including a Scotland-level boost (1,000+).
