May 31, 2023 @ 2:00 pm - 4:00 pm

As consumers move towards more plant-based diets, how can your business embrace or adapt to opportunities as this future trend happens. Join our webinar to find out from key players in our industry.

Together with ONE Food, Drink & Agriculture, The Knowledge Bank has partnered with Bread & Jam to deliver this event to uncover how consumer diets are changing and how plant-based food fits into this.

Our Q&A panel will speak about how consumer diets are changing and how their businesses have started-up or pivoted to adapt to plant-based trends. Chaired by consultant Simon Day, the panel will include Michelle Graham, business owner of theplantprep; Darren O’Sullivan, Global Portfolio Director at Kerry; and Al Flynn, lead at Sheese (Saputo)

Market insight from Lesley Ann Gray, Strategic Insight Director at Kantar will uncover the trends and performance of the plant-based category and the key drivers behind this.

Indy Kaur, of Plant Futures, will speak about the drivers and trends influencing the changes to consumers plates and the motivations behind them. She will also discuss food tech, innovation and investment within the plant-based sector.

Finally, our keynote speaker is Samuel Dennigen, founder & CEO of Strong Roots, who will discuss their entrepreneurial mindset, lessons learned along the way and thought leadership on where the plant-based category is heading.
