Did you miss the Reformulation for Health Event organised by FDF Scotland which celebrated food innovation and reformulation in Scotland earlier in March? We are lucky to bring you Lesley Ann from Kantar who will share the shopper’s view on Reformulation alongside Joanne Burns who runs the Reformul8 programme, sitting with FDF Scotland. They will answer all your questions on reformulation and share resources available for you in this programme unique to Scotland. We’re delighted to announce as well the participation of Paul Terris, Senior NPD Manager at Malcom Allan, who will explain how the Reformul8 programme benefitted a Scottish staple.. the Lorne sausage!
