Launch of The Knowledge Bank Provenance & Foodservices new research
October 17 @ 2:00 pm - 3:30 pm
The Knowledge Bank commissioned a large-scale research project on Provenance and Foodservices in Spring 2024. In this webinar, Anne-Laure Farrar will guide you through the cutting-edge research techniques used to reach the quantifiable (£) opportunity spaces across the out-of-home food and drink sector in Scotland as well as sharing the main headlines from the research. Kathryn Ellaway will also demonstrate one of the opportunity spaces in more detail, to show how it can be harnessed by a business to action growth.
Finally, our research partners, Julian Watson of Sketch Insights and Isabel Lydall of Curious to Clear, will share their key takeouts from the research, what they gleaned from expert interviews with Gary Maclean, Scotland’s National Chef, Katie Sillars, Head of Commercial Initiatives at Bidfood, Mark Irish, Head of Food Development at Brakes and many more. This research aligns with an exciting programme of activities from Scotland Food & Drink focused on foodservices.
