At a recent webinar Trinity McQueen presented insight commissioned by The Knowledge Bank looking at the importance of provenance and country of origin.  Whilst the research looked at the countries of GB, there were a number of specific learnings and insights for Scottish producers and manufacturers which can be built into an engaging brand or product story.
